Though there is no official Oldblivion support for Shivering Isles, a low end system can be modded to run it. Thanks to COBRA_VENOM, Asp, and S1Genocide for providing this. A link to the thread is here. The supplied shaders should allow SI to run on a card with 1.1 support.
