MatthewOKs new design
« on: August 04, 2006, 06:06:43 AM »

I thought It would be a good idea to get a general census to whether we want the design to be changed or not (even if it may not happen any way)

I know its not really my place to do this but it happen some time. Why not now?

I have attached the screenshot of MatthewOK's Design

I'm ok with changing the design. Bring me a working HTML implementation of the front page and I'll insert the PHP stuff. The only issue I have is probably that it break consistency with the forums.

I thought you didn't want to. Oh well, I'll contact Matt for a PSD and cut it up as soon as he gets on MSN.

Well I have a fetish for various shades of grey. It might show a little on the theme of everything. It's not very in theme with Oblivion though.

Grey and light pastel shades are currently the buzz for most serious businesses, so no surprise there.

We've discussed this site yesterday with Matt, and he made some visual changes. Today I polished it, cut the image up, and wrote the code. I've sent the code for all pages to Asp, so he can put it up. For now, here's a screenshot:

I threw up what Max sent me here http://www.oldblivion.com/v2/. That way you can view a live demo so to speak. If anyone sees any issues you should put it here.

I could get to really like that.

To be honest its a lot easier on the eyes than a bright white page.Displays fine for me.

Nice work.  Wink

Seems like navbar preloading isn't working right. Couldn't test it offline, but this should fix it.
