Hardware Stats:
CPU:Acer, Aspire 3680, Windows XP, Intel(R) Celeron(R) M CPU, 440 @ 1.86GHz
RAM:1.87 GHz, 1.99 GB
Graphics Card: Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset family, 64 MB

Issues:
Lags when load a large area like places outside of caves cities ect.
Large white lines flash across screen ocassionaly
Game crashes soon after fast travel or upon entering a new area

Try the "modded drivers" here for your OS.

You could also try the GMA Booster.


Turn off distant land.

If you still crash

Turn off the water shader in the INI by changing bUseWaterShader to zero

Open Oblivion.INI in My Documents/My Games/Oblivion.
